This is a one page check list to help you lead creative conversations for classroom management that supports a communicative and caring environment. Share it with students to give them a method on how to engage themselves in distance learning lessons.

First establish the simple rule that some words are out of our vocabulary. Then advise which words to use to give constructive feedback. Finally, add humor and care, and ignite a productive environment.

Share this check list with your colleagues and students. Or simply hang on the board, for a constant reminder on how to talk in ways that make others listen, cooperate, and enjoy a playful molding of  ideas into best-suited solutions.
